Postdoctoral researchers are admitted to ICO for a maximum period of three years. Additionally, their postdoc membership expires five years after their graduation date. 

Registration procedure Postdoctoral Researchers

The ICO research school is open to postdoctoral researchers who are employed at a faculty or institute of a university that participates in ICO. Post-doc membership is meant for researchers who do not qualify yet as staff member. Registration as postdoctoral researcher can occur throughout the year; application is done by members of the ICO Governing Board. Please contact the ICO Governing Board member of your university to apply for membership. And fill in the registration form for ICO Post Doc Members.

Registration requirements Postdoctoral Researchers

Postdoctoral researchers who wish to register for ICO have to meet the following criteria:
The candidate has to be appointed at one of the ICO universities, and should be employed in a faculty or institute participating in ICO. The candidate should hold a doctorate by the time of the admission, and should have earned his/her degree less than five years* prior to the admission date. The candidate should be employed in a research position that relates to one or more of the ICO research themes. The candidate should play an active role in at least one, and at most two of the thematic groups.Postdoctoral researchers are admitted to ICO for a maximum period of three years. Additionally, their postdoc membership expires five years after their graduation date.
