FNV survey about workload at universities
| Research shows that 7 out of 10 university employees struggle with high to very high work pressure. FNV Onderwijs & Onderzoek has this high on the agenda and in the collective labour agreement of 2021, it is stated that universities must ensure that everyone gets enough hours for the tasks they have to perform. Unfortunately, this agreement is not put to action at every university. Goal of this survey In order to put pressure on the employer to comply with the agreement, the FNV is using this survey to assess how things are going. It is therefore really important that the survey is completed filled in by as many people as possible. This is the only way we can work constructively towards a lower workload.
