ICO welcomes you at the Marinus Ruppert Building of Utrecht University for the ICO Spring School 2024. On Thursday we will kick off with a Keynote speech by Christine Teelken on Post-PhD careers, followed by a lunch meeting with your fellow Theme group-members. On Friday you we offer various workshops, and the information market, where you can talk to different parties that could be of interest to you, either during their research project or as a future employer.

You can now download the programme book from the website with more information about the NSS and the presentation sessions including the abstracts.
The programme book might change, so do check and print the latest version to bring with you to the NSS. Let us know if you see any typos in your name, or in the title of your presentation and other mistakes or inconsistencies, so we can correct it.
We would like to ask all attendants to strive to contribute to the discussions at all presentations you attend. Really contributing to all discussions might not be possible as time for discussion is limited, but just try. Remember: there are no stupid questions!
What to bring to the NSS2024?
- Your laptop, and a power extension cord
- A printout of the programme book, Â your paper, and any articles you still have to read
- Your paper and presentation (if applicable) on a USB memory stick
- Are you using a Macbook and you are giving a paper presentation? Bring a HDMI-adapter, to connect your Macbook to the beamer
- In case you will give round table presentation: do not forget to bring your hand outs!
- In case of a poster presentation: do not forget to bring your poster 😊
- A pen, and some paper to make notes
