Invitation Inaugural lecture Prof. dr. Renate Wesselink

It is my true pleasure to officially invite you for my inaugural address on 20 November 2026 at 16:00h CET with the title: Learning for what matters. After the lecture, there will be drinks. Please see the attachment below for the official invitation. Before the inaugural address, the symposium Learning for what matters takes place from 13:00h CET to 15:30h CET for which you are warmly invited as well. During this symposium, my PhD candidates will take you along on their PhD journey and share about the stories behind their PhD, their inter- and transdisciplinary adventures and what sustainable practices they want to encourage. The symposium can be followed in person in Omnia (Momentum rooms) or online via MSTeams. If you would like to join, please send an email to office.els@wur.nl and share your name and institute and how you want to join (in-person or online).

I hope to see you! It would be great to celebrate this together.

Warm regards,

Renate Wesselink
