ICO education and new ico courses 2020-2021

Due to the measures taken against the Corona-virus, ICO’s educational programme has been turned upside down for the last part of the 2019-2020 period: The Introductory Course has swiftly been turned into an online course, with prerecorded lectures, and various online meetings. We have already kicked of the course with quite an successful first day, although we still hope to meet all participants in person in the near future. The International Spring School had to be cancelled, even as the advanced master class on Qualitative Research. Behind the scenes we are working hard to organize both these events at new dates. We will keep you all informed about this.

New courses have been planned for the period of 2020-2021, starting in September. Hopefully by that time we will be able to meet face-2-face again. For those PhD’s without a background in the Educational Sciences, we have the online course Learning and Instruction: Basics and Beyond, which will start again in September. Also we are organizing the Introductory Course for new ICO members, the Master class on Teaching and Teacher Education, a course on Conducting Educational Design Research and the course Innovative Assessment Research and Implications for Practice. We are also planning to organize the methodological courses Multilevel Analysis with SPSS, and the Master class Qualitative Research. More information on those courses will follow soon.

Registration for the courses of 2020-2021 has now been opened:
